Make a Payment
- We are pleased to accept payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, personal check, or cash.
- We have a $70 minimum on credit card payments. Payments (which are processed through the above link) will only be accepted in office.
- Insurance Coverage: We accept most major insurances. Coverage depends on your plan. Due to the nature of Behavioral Health Insurance, it is often difficult for clients to know the correct questions to ask in order to determine exactly what the insurance will cover for biofeedback. We are happy to verify and discuss your insurance coverage and our insurance policies at the time of your initial consultation.
