What SPS Does:
Sadar Psychological and Sports Center specializes in optimizing people's performance.  Our mind is present in everything we do, and therefore our mental performance affects everything we do.  With athletes, the slightest mistake, be it physical or mental, is an opportunity for the opponent.  We work with athletes both in individualized and group settings to reduce mental interference in order to maximize a player's performance. 

Our Experience:
Angelika and Dr. Mitchell Sadar have worked extenisvely with a wide range of abilities, from recreation players and nationally competing juniors, to professional and olympic atheltes.
