Ultimately, managing stress involves having the ability to achieve the goals of a calm mind and a relaxed body. There are numerous techniques that have been developed to accomplish one or both of these goals. Different techniques work for different people, depending on their personality type, past experiences, physiology, neurology, etc. The key is to find techniques that work for you and then practice them diligently.
