1981
Mitchell and Angelika move from Lincoln, Nebraska to Pennsylvania.
Dr.Sadar begins internship at Norristown State Hospital, where he becomes the director of the Community Re-Entry Unit.  At the same time, Mrs. Sadar begins working as a staff psychologist at Norristiown State Hospital until the birth of their first daughter, in 1983.
 
1986
Dr. Sadar assumes the position of the Regional Director of the Mental Health Units at the State Correctional Facilities in Eastern Pennsyvania.
Mrs. Sadar begins private practice.  
 
1986
Dr. Sadar assumes the position of the Regional Director of the Mental Health Units at the State Correctional Facilities in Eastern Pennsyvania.
Mrs. Sadar begins private practice.
 
1994
Sadar Psycholgical Services is established and is awarded the contract for Eastern Pennsylvania to manage and staff the inpatients units in the maximum correctional facilities in Eastern Pennsylvania. 
 
1998
Neurofeedback is added to the outpatient clinical practice and sport psychology specialization begins.
 
  2000
FreezeFrame/EmWave technology is added to the outpatient practice.
 
  2001
Sadar Psychological Services becomes Sadar Psychological and Sports Center. Interactive Metronome is added to the practice.  Mrs. Sadar become the official sports psychologist for the Philadelphia Freedoms.
 
  2005
SPS accepts interns and medical residents.
 
  2008
SPS opens a Peak Performance satellite office at Frog Hollow Racquet Club.
