An easy-to-use software program with a heart rhythm monitor. EmWave PC is an innovative approach to stress relief based upon on learning to change the heart rhythm pattern and create physiological coherence in the body.
With the program, clients can see how their thoughts and emotions affect their heart and nervous system. When stressed, the client’s heart rhythm has an irregular, jagged, incoherent pattern. When the client shifts to a more  positive emotional state, the heart rhythm pattern changes to a smoother wave-line and more coherent pattern. By seeing the visual change on the screen and associating it with a more peaceful, calm internal state, the client learns to manage stress and maintain a state of physiological coherence and balance. Perfect for managing everyday stress of school, career, athletics, and social interaction.

A hand-held version of the emWave PC, the emWave PSR reads the heart rhythms through a finger or ear sensor and gives immediate feedback through changing colored lights and sounds.
By practicing emWave breathing techniques while using the emWave PSR, you can see your coherence level increase as you learn to breathe away stress and gain greater control over your emotions, mind and body.

To help control anxiety, depression, and/or insomnia without drugs in just 20 minutes every other day. Use it while reading, working at your desk, or watching TV. The Alpha-Stim treats anxiety, depression, and/or insomnia with tiny electrical currents similar to those found naturally in the body, using a method called cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES).
